Cimmyt at Cgiar Science Week

The Consultative Group for International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) is holding its first-ever Science Week from July 3-6 in Nairobi, Kenya, with the theme "Towards a Climate-Secure Future."

Here's what you need to know about the weeklong event, which will bring together some of the world's leading scientists and decision-makers at the " intersection of agriculture, climate, and health," per a CGIAR press release.

The Week will feature a number of events, including a "Innovation Showcase and Science Talk" and a "Science Talk" that will look at how digital technologies can be used to help farmers, especially in sub-Saharan Africa, cope with climate change, the Guardian reports. Read the Entire Article
