The Future of Healthcare Marketing: Ai, Innovation and Impact

"We are thrilled to be able to bring our employees and clients together again for real-time collaboration and ideating, with the goal of sparking inspiration for that next game-changing idea for our clients," says Graham Johnson, chief production officer at IPG Health, in a press release on the company's annual Next: Innovation Week event, held this year in New York City.

What Johnson is referring to is artificial intelligence, or AI, and how it's being used to "transform how brands create content, engage with patients, and impact lives," in the company's words.

Per Adweek, IPG's Next: Innovation Week focused on the "transformative role that AI will continue to play, while also showcasing strategies to maximize impact and effectiveness for brands, and the future of emerging technologies and trends."

Among the highlights: IPG showcased genAI, an AI-powered conversational interface that "democratizes data access to all stakeholders involved in the brand-building process," per the company's press release.

Another session discussed how conversational AI has been "very helpful in providing personalized and immediate support for patients with rare diseases," as well as " ensuring the right patients get access to innovation, at the right time, for a fair Read the Entire Article
