Alison: We're going to examine ocean acidification as a lens for the current state of climate diplomacy at the sub-national level.
Jesse: States have played a very significant role in informing how we think about ocean Acidification knowledge and response.
Jesse served as lead facilitator to the Pacific Coast Collaborative's Ocean Acidification and Hypoxia Working Group between 2014 and 2023.
