Merit Awards Selects Attom as 2024 Human Resources Gold Winner

"At ATTOM we use the phrase work-life harmony," Ana Flor, the company's chief people officer, says in a press release.

"Work-life harmony acknowledges that the distribution between work and personal may vary based on individual circumstance and priorities, better work into the rest of an employee's life promoting happiness at home and in office."

That's one reason ATTOM was recently named a recipient of the Merit Awards for Human Resources, which honor companies that have exemplified leadership, innovation, positive work environment, and more.

"The impact of ATTOM's remote work strategy has been profound, resulting in significant improvements across its operations," says Marie Zander, the executive director of the Merit Awards.

"Employees have reported better work-life harmony, increased satisfaction, and productivity."

The press release notes that ATTOM's remote work strategy "focused on accommodating diverse lifestyles and fostering a harmonious work-life balance," as well as providing employees with virtual social events and appreciation gestures, as well as support from a Culture Committee and Employee Networks, which "provided platforms for promoting community, encouraging shared interests, and facilitating personal connections outside traditional work environments."
