Jody Ferguson is the HEDCO Clinic Manager at the University of Oregon.
The clinic is a multidisciplinary, integrated training clinic for master's and doctoral students.
Ferguson: "I want students to feel a connection with the clinic and how important their work is" Her open-door policy helps foster an environment where students and faculty feel comfortable coming to her with questions.

The Charities Aid Foundation has set up a scheme, called the Social Enterprise Assist, that will render interest-free loans of up to £10,000 each to help social enterprise start-ups.
